AllVoices is an encrypted communications platform that allows employees to anonymously send complaints directly to company leadership. Katherine is the primary design support behind AllVoices. Katherine developed the branding, illustrations, and the core UI + UX. The goal was to create a platform that felt safe and approachable unlike the cold rigid tools commonly seen in this space. The illustrations severed as a brand function to avoid any direct identities as the tool is founded around anonymity and security.
